Terms & conditions for all promotions and offers
The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions and offers offered by Royal Vegas Online Casino (herein referred to as the "Casino"). In addition to these terms and conditions, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to any promotion in which you decide, or are invited, to participate.
- Should there be any confusion whatsoever as to the conditions applicable, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
- The general terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with all the Fortune Lounge casinos and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.
- Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer communications and specific to referenced casinos or account numbers.
- For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).
- Where promotions are specifically addressed to an individual/casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the casino and casino account number as specified in the promotion notification communication.
- Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits will invalidate any offer.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must have a play-through of at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that deposit will be credited.
- A player's casino account balance is divided into a cash balance and a bonus balance.
- When your gaming account is credited with a promotional bonus, these credits will be added to your "Bonus Balance".
- All Deposits will be added to your "Cash Balance".
- All winnings using your Cash Balance will be added to your Cash Balance.
- All Winnings using the Bonus Balance will top up your Bonus Balance to the original bonus/es amount (less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance), and the excess winnings will be added to your Cash Balance.
- Your cash balance may only be withdrawn from your gaming account once all play-through requirements on any bonus balance has been met. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling all the play-through requirements of the bonus, you will forfeit your cash winnings and remaining Bonus Balance. You may withdraw your purchase amount prior to meeting your bonus play-through requirements, by contacting our support centre.
- Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your gaming account.
- No withdrawals will be processed on accounts where a deposit has never been made.
- Bonus amounts credited to a Player's Bonus Balance are subject to thirty (30) times play-through / wagering before they may be cashed in.
- For any wager made, the wager is deducted from your Cash Balance first. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the Player's bonus balance are only played if there is no cash balance.
- As you meet the play-through / wagering requirement of the promotion bonus you received, your Bonus Balance will decreased in $10 increments and be added to your Cash Balance.
- Where the payment of a Bonus under the terms of any Promotion is dependent on You making a deposit into your Cash Balance and You withdraw all or any part of your deposit before the Bonus is paid into your Bonus Balance, You will forfeit the Bonus in question and any winnings won using the Bonus.
- Play-through / wagering on all games will count towards the play-through / wagering requirement, BUT the types of games you play will contribute differently towards meeting your play-through / wagering requirement.
- Wagering on all Gamble Features will not count towards any play-through requirements.
- The contributing percentages are as follows:

- The following examples are based on a standard offer of 100% deposit match on a $100 deposit.
- If you play only Slots, which count 100% toward your bonus play-through requirement, you will need to play-through 300 credits to move a 10 credit increment to your Cash Balance, and 3,000 credits before the entire bonus is moved to your Cash Balance.

- If you play only Roulette, which count 10% toward your bonus play-through requirement, you will need to play-through 3,000 credits to move a 10 credit increment to your Cash Balance, and 30,000 credits before the entire bonus is moved to your Cash Balance.

- If a player does not want any bonus which has been deposited into their account by the casino then they are entitled to request a casino support consultant to reverse the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, whereafter the reversal will take place. If Play-through have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the play-through requirements associated with that bonus have been met.
- The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. ‘Irregular play’ includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:
1. Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;
2. Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
3. Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, Baccarat and Roulette. - No cash-ins will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honored, until a minimum deposit of $20 is made at the casino where the cash-in is occurring and any subsequent deposit match bonus is played through in full.
- The minimum deposit at Royal Vegas Online Casino is $20.
- The minimum cash-in amount at Royal Vegas Online Casino is $50. The minimum value for a check to be sent is $30.
- New customers playing Video Poker will be limited to doubling wins up to a maximum of 20% of the value of their initial deposit plus their bonus until such time as the play-through requirements on their bonus have been met.
- Players that select Great British Pounds (GBP sterling) as their currency AND are not resident in United Kingdom will NOT be eligible to receive any bonuses.
- The Fortune Lounge Group of casinos reserves the right to limit the number of new player sign-up bonuses that may be taken up, across the casino brands within the group, to two per customer per seven day period so that no more than two (2) new player sign-up offers may be taken up within a seven (7) day time period.
- Should a player make arrangements with the casino to transfer funds from the player's casino account to another casino account in the player's name, any bonus amount contained in the player's original account shall be forfeited and the remaining cash balance will be transferred. Furthermore, any amount transferred in the aforegoing manner shall not constitute a deposit and shall not qualify the player for any bonus whatsoever in respect thereof.
- The Casino's Promotions department will be the sole judge in respect of honoring any promotional offer. The Casino reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice. Any person who in the sole opinion of the Casino deviates from a promotion's rules or from the Casino's General Terms and Conditions may be disqualified without notice and without liability on the part of the Casino.
- Employees of the Casino, its proprietors and agencies and their families are not eligible to enter any promotion offered by the Casino.
- Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.
Rewards
- For every bet placed at Royal Vegas, you gain loyalty reward points, regardless of whether you've won or lost.
- 1 credit wagered on slot games will earn you 1 loyalty point.
- 5 credits wagered per table game equals 1 loyalty point.
- 1,000 points may be redeemed for 1 cash credit.
- At least one deposit must be made at the casino in order to redeem points and receive the 2500 free loyalty points.
- On opening your 'Real' account, you will automatically receive 2,500 loyalty points as soon as at your first deposit is made.
- A minimum amount of 5,000 points may be redeemed.
- Remember, loyalty points expire after 60 days if not used.
- You'll start off as a Silver-level player, and can earn your way up to Diamond level. The higher you go, the more amazing your benefits and the more loyalty reward points you can earn.
- The holder of the loyalty account and the casino account should be one and the same person.
- Any loyalty accounts that are linked must all be held by the same individual.
- The Casino reserves the right to change the terms of this Promotion or to terminate this Promotion without giving notice to you.
- The Casino Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the Casino Terms and Conditions, the Casino Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the Terms and Conditions conflict with one another.
Promotions and Unsolicited Email
As a policy, we do not distribute unsolicited email ("spam").
However, we assume that, as an active player at our casino/s, you would like to receive personalized promotional offers that may be beneficial to your playing at our casino/s. We consider these offers to be "solicited" by virtue of your patronage of our casino/s.
