Not receiving your Royal Vegas mail?

To protect you from Spam, some Internet Service Providers install powerful anti-Spam filters. Unfortunately, legitimate mails, like your Royal Vegas mails and newsletters, sometimes get blocked in the process.

How do I prevent my Royal Vegas mails from being blocked?

To ensure that your Royal Vegas mails arrive promptly in your inbox, add us to your safe senders' list. To do so, select your Internet Service Provider/Spam Filter from the list below, and follow the necessary instructions.

If your Royal Vegas mails continue to be blocked after you've done so, contact your Internet Service Provider's technical support team, and ask them how you can prevent these e-mails from being blocked. After all, you wouldn't want to miss out on our exciting promotions and exclusive offers.

AOL:

  • Open your AOL mailbox
  • Open the last e-mail you received from Royal Vegas
  • Click the 'Reply' button (in the top right corner)
  • A new e-mail window will open with the incorrect address in the 'Send To' box
  • Replace this address with email
  • Click 'Send Now' (in the top right corner)
  • Even if this e-mail doesn't get delivered to us, the act of sending it will automatically add Royal Vegas to your 'People I Know' list


Cloudmark SpamNet:

  • Select 'Cloudmark Options' from the toolbar in Outlook
  • Click 'Advanced'
  • Go to the 'Whitelist' tab
  • Click the 'Add' button
  • Type: email
  • Click 'Ok'
  • Click 'Ok'
  • Click 'Yes'
  • Click 'Ok'


Hotmail or MSN:

  • Open your mailbox
  • Select the 'Options' link on the main menu tabs, then select the 'Junk E-Mail Protection' link, and then 'Safe List'
  • Type: This is where the e-mail address would be in your Safe List - Is this correct/what should it be replaced with?
  • If you find a Royal Vegas e-mail in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to prevent future e-mails from the same source being delivered to your Junk Mail folder


Mailblocks:

  • Click the 'Addresses' tab
  • Click 'New'
  • Type: email
  • Make sure 'Accept Mail From This Address' is selected under 'Receiving Options'
  • Uncheck 'Display in People Picker' under 'Other Options'
  • Click 'Submit'
  • Click 'Ok'


MailShield:

  • Click 'Friends' on the toolbar
  • Click 'Add'
  • Type: email
  • Click 'Ok'


MailWasher:

  • Click 'Tools', then 'Blacklist & Friends'
  • Click 'Add' (on the right, the Friends List side)
  • Make sure 'Plain E-mail Address' is selected
  • Type: email
  • Click 'Ok'


McAfee SpamKiller:

  • Click 'Friends' on the sidebar
  • Click 'Add'
  • Type: email
  • Click 'Ok'


Oddpost:

  • Check your 'Probably Spam' folder
  • If you find that a Royal Vegas e-mail was incorrectly filtered out, select it, and click the 'Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam' button


SBCGlobal:

  • Open your SBCGlobal mailbox
  • Click 'Mail Options'
  • Click 'Filters'
  • Click 'Add Filter'
  • In the top row, labeled 'From Header' ensure that 'Contains' is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to the pull-down menu, and enter the address email. At the bottom, where it states 'Move the Message To' select 'Inbox' from the pull-down menu
  • Click the 'Add Filter' button again
  • If a Royal Vegas e-mail has been filtered to your 'Bulk' folder, simply open the message and click the 'This is not Spam' link next to the 'From' field


SpamButcher:

  • Click the 'Configure' button
  • Go to the 'Known Senders' tab
  • Click 'Add' under 'Known Good Senders and Recipients'
  • Type: email
  • Click 'Ok'
  • Click 'Ok'


Spam Inspector:

  • Select Spam Inspector, then 'Manage Friends List' from either the Spam Inspector toolbar or from the Outlook menu
  • Make certain 'E-mail' is selected under 'Add a New Friend'
  • Type: email
  • Click the '>>' button
  • Click 'Close'


Spam Interceptor:

  • Follow the 'Trusted' link under 'Authentication Lists'
  • Enter this e-mail address: email
  • Click 'Add'


SpamPal:

  • Click on the 'SpamPal System Tray' icon with the right mouse button
  • Click 'Add to Whitelist' from the menu
  • Type: email
  • Click 'Add'


Spam Sleuth:

  • Select 'File', then 'Configure'
  • Go to the 'Friends' category
  • Make sure 'Active' is checked
  • Type email on a line by itself in the entry field
  • Click 'Ok'


SpamEater Pro:

  • Click 'Filters' on the sidebar
  • Click the 'Approved Senders' tab
  • Click 'Add Filter'
  • Type email under 'Address'
  • Choose 'Full E-mail Address' under 'Address Type'
  • Select 'E-mail Domain'
  • Click 'Ok'


Yahoo! Mail:

  • Open your Yahoo! mailbox
  • Click 'Mail Options'
  • Click 'Filters'
  • Click 'Add Filter'
  • In the top row, labeled 'From Header' ensure that 'Contains' is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, and enter the address email. At the bottom, where it states 'Move the Message To' select 'Inbox' from the pull-down menu
  • Click the 'Add Filter' button again

Other Providers:

  • If your Royal Vegas e-mail has been filtered to your 'Bulk' or 'Junk' folder, try adding email to your 'Contact List' or 'Address Book'
  • If this option is unavailable, move the message to your 'Inbox' or forward the message to yourself
